Electricity Transformation Canada 2024 Concludes Successfully | 3S LIFT Demonstrates Its Global Influence
Electricity Transformation Canada 2024 concluded with great success on October 23 at the BMO Centre, Calgary, Alberta. As Canada’s largest and most influential event for renewable energy and clean technology, this exhibition not only served as a grand platform for industry exchange and showcase but also acted as a crucial opportunity to drive technological innovation and foster international cooperation. 3S LIFT, as a global leader in working-at-heights solutions, 3S LIFT made an impressive appearance with innovative products and services such as climb auto system, tower climber, and ladder hoist. During the exhibition, 3S LIFT attracted significant interest from both Chinese and international customers, laying a solid foundation for future market expansion.
At this exhibition, three of 3S LIFT’s products drew significant attention from visitors due to their innovative technology and exceptional performance.
Climbing an 80-meter wind turbine tower by hand takes 25-30 minutes (including rest time), placing a significant physical strain on over two-thirds of technicians. As a result, their professional lifespan is typically under 35 years old, and half of these technicians have less than five years of work experience. With the installation of a climb auto system, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the top of the tower. By changing the traditional tower-climbing method, the device can extend a technician’s career span to over 60 years, attract more personnel to participate in operation and maintenance work, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance economic efficiency.
The tower climber, thanks to its stable, safe, and efficient operational performance, has become the preferred access equipment in fields such as high-rise construction and wind farm projects. It is widely used in various applications, including tower cranes, power towers, chimneys, photovoltaic installations, and bridge tower inspections.
The ladder hoist features a stable drive control system that easily lifts tools and materials within vertical and inclined ranges, further saving operational time and reducing work costs.
