Ladder-Guided Service Lift

A better solution for high towers.

The ladder-guided Service Lift will be effectively connected with the ladder through the support arm, to effectively prevent the movement and deviation of the lift during operation. The operation is more stable, the load is larger, and a number of safety configurations are superimposed to achieve a higher safety level, which is suitable for the development trend of high tower.

Twelve Levels of Safety and Security

  • Unique smart information prompting function – More convenient.
  • Fully independent lifting and safety systems – Safer and more reliable.
  • Omni-directonal sensing limit device – Full range limit protection.
  • Mechanical overload protection – Safety and reliability.
  • 60,000 cycle fatigue test for traction hoist – Professional experiments.
  • Overspeed protection – Safety guarantee for speed loss.
  • High-strength load bearing structure – Solid and durable.
  • Manual descent – Sensitive and reliable.
  • Back-up door – Interlock switches in case of emergencies.
  • Mechanical interlock – Fall protection.
  • Electromagnetic door lock – Emergency unlocking for safety and efficiency.
  • Platform indicator – Self-awareness of parking level location.

Product Details

Top Sensing Panel

The top sensing panel is located at the top of the Lift. When coming in contact with an obstacle, the panel is compressed and a sensor is triggered. This immediately stops the Lift, preventing impact with the obstacle.

SafeLock

When the Service Lift descends faster than the preset speed of the SafeLock, the SafeLock will automatically trigger to stop the Lift.

Lifting Hoist

Featuring good reliability, its advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the whole operation. The hoist operates smoothly, ensuring a high lifting height.

Control Box

As the control system of the Lift, it contains one or more low-voltage switch gears and related control, signaling, protection, regulation and other equipment, and complete assembly together.

Aluminum Ladder

It can be used as a climbing device for personnel or as a guide rail for Service Lift.

Upper Support Arm

The guide wheel on the support arm assembly travels up and down along the vertical beam of the ladder, thus ensuring that the Lift operates according to the specified routine.

Lower Support Arm

The guide wheel on the support arm assembly travels up and down along the vertical beam of the ladder, thus ensuring that the Lift operates according to the specified routine.

Bottom Sensing Panel

The bottom sensing panel is located under the Lift. When coming in contact with an obstacle, the panel is compressed and a sensor is triggered. This immediately stops the Lift, preventing impact with the obstacle.
