The XP Series Suspension Platform is composed of main components such as suspension device, platform, traction hoist, SafeLock, electric control system, wire rope, etc.; The suspension device is fixed on the roof, and the platform relies on its own hoist to climb along the steel wire rope, which can run vertically up and down, and freely hover at any height for work. The entire system is self-contained and does not require any external assistance, making it flexible and convenient. The modular main structure and standard sections made of aluminum alloy material are spliced into a platform of the required length.

  • Traction hoist and overload detection device
    Drive the platform to descend and ascend the towers, preventing it from overload operation.
  • Upper limit switch
    Protects the platform from exceeding the safe distance.

    Avoid the platform over speed descent.
  • Electrical control system
    Control the operation of the platform, and its alarms sound in case of an emergency.
  • Wall roller assembly
    Telescopic arm can be adjusted to maintain the distance between the platform and the inner wall of the boiler.
